Wiljean and Janine Compere, Pastor of Open Door Ministries

Pastor Wiljean Compere is in Haiti, with responsibility for a staff of over 40 Haitian nationals.  The directors of the clinic, school, feeding center, training center, agriculture, microfinance and game board project all report to Pastor Wiljean.

Brian and Kathy Stout, US Director of Open Door Haiti

As US Director, Brian is charged with communicating Open Door's vision, coordinating mission efforts, and coalescing an army of volunteers and resources for the ministry.  Kathy focuses her efforts on donor communication and the school sponsorship program.

Doug and Jennifer Holliday, Director of School Of Youth Ministry

Doug, US Founder of Open Door Haiti, now leads the School Of Youth Ministry, assists with Open Door's church planting and outreach efforts, and serves as an ambassador for the ministry while he speaks at youth conferences and churches across the US.
